Offline. Nothing sends until you are back, and your draft is safe.
Files open from Mailroom's server as they are, one at a time. Mailroom never keeps a copy after it has handed you the file.

YOUR VOICE
Make replies sound like you
Mailroom can read how you write from your own sent mail, so every draft opens in your words instead of a stranger's. It takes about a minute, it only reads, and it never sends anything.
SOUNDS LIKE YOU
Mailroom starts measuring this once you send your first reply from here.

NOT STARTED
Dictation gets a lot right and a few things wrong, and nobody can tell which without a fixed set
of phrases in your own voice. This reads you 25 short sentences. You read each one back.
This screen is the one place Mailroom keeps your audio. Ordinary dictation never does:
your voice is turned into text and the recording is discarded. Here it is different, so before
you start, plainly:
Your 25 recordings are stored on Mailroom's own server, in your own account's folder.
They are used for one thing: measuring how accurately your dictation is being transcribed,
and comparing transcription engines against each other.
They are deleted automatically after 90 days, and immediately if you disconnect Mailroom.
You can delete all of them yourself at any time, from this screen, in one tap.
They are never sent to any third party, and never used to train anything.
Read this out loud, then tap Stop. Tap Skip if you would rather not.
All mail
Every email in your mailbox, newest first, read and unread, past the three days the radar holds. Type above to narrow it. Mailroom cannot move or delete any of it.
This conversation
Muting keeps the thread in All mail and stops it coming back to Reply now. Nothing is moved, marked or deleted in your mailbox, because Mailroom cannot do that.
This email
Does this need a reply?
Mailroom remembers your answer and sorts mail like this the same way next time. Nothing is moved, marked or deleted in your mailbox. You can change it again from the same menu.

What has to be true before anything changes
Autopilot is shadow only. It writes its guess into a log and does
nothing else. It has never sent an email and there is no code path where it could: sending happens
only when you tap Send, and Mailroom cannot move, mark or delete anything in your mailbox at all.
Every number here is counted on this device's account, from your own
mail and your own sends. Nothing on this screen is shared with anyone, and none of it leaves
Mailroom.
